A seasoned Tilapia fillet lightly crusted with panko crumbs and topped off with a healthy fresh tomato basil sauce.
So if you follow me on instagram … then you would know that I was super pumped about this month’s edition of All You Magazine. Why? Because first off, it is spring so I knew there was going to be lots of adorable pictures of all things SPRING related… and it always has some awesome healthy AND budget conscious recipes.
Did you know that this edition has over 127 recipes, projects and fun ideas for spring? Um… who doesn’t want that! Let me say that a different way.. if you don’t want that you may need to rethink things! 🙂
Anywho, while my mom was in town over Cason’s birthday we went to Kroger to prep for the party and of course we had to walk past the magazine shelf before check out.
There it was.. All You… sitting in all its magazine glory. Ok, a little over dramatic but needless to say I gave into temptation and threw it in the cart! Andd…… in case your wondering, you don’t have to go to a Kroger like me to get this magazine… it’s now sold Nation Wide… happy dance!
After salivating over most of the recipes as well as looking at the pictures thinking… “why didn’t I think of that?” I finally decided on a recipe that I needed to try! It was the Sautéed Fish Fillet, light, simple and delicious! I made a few changes to fit our own taste but the outcome was still glorious! All in all this recipe is a total repeat meal, its healthy and budget savvy. I can’t wait to try a few more recipes from this edition.. I have my eye on a Lemon Ginger Bundt Cake Recipe … yeah… can’t wait to try that one…yum!
Looking to save more money on groceries, go to the bottom of this post to win a $50 gift card to Kroger!
